Tom Pendergrass, Vice President of Aerospace, implements emerging technologies on multiple aircraft variants across the Department of Defense (DoD) aviation sector. Mr. Pendergrass has more than 35 years of industry experience in Research and Development (R&D), Acquisition Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Contract Management and Program Management. His broad expertise encompasses Lifecycle Sustainment of major aircraft Fleets and the development and integration of complex avionics systems, mission systems and airframe systems on multiple U.S. Military aircraft.

Prior to joining ACET in 2018, Mr. Pendergrass served as Program Manager of U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Aviation Programs at L-3 Communications, managing a $50M annual budget for DoD clients both domestic and international. He earned an A.S. in Avionic Electronics and a B.S. in Manufacturing Technology from Eastern Kentucky University. In addition, Mr. Pendergrass is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has over 20 years of ISO 9001, AS 9100 and CMMI Process Development and Compliance experience. Overall, he is an experienced, strong leader who has achieved high results with his ability to management Integrated Product Teams (IPT) across multiple product lines.
